Ovrload is the first weightlifting app to allow users to conveniently assess their relative level of Progressive Tension Overload on any given resistance-based exercise by calculating Volume, Intensity and Frequency over time.
Through tracking these parameters, Ovrload users have the ability to more accurately gauge their rates of progression in strength and work capacity for each of their chosen exercises.
Ovrload is simple to use:
1. Enter your chosen weightlifting exercises in the Exercises tab.
2. Start logging your training from week to week in the Training Log tab.
3. Track and compare your weekly Volume, Intensity and Frequency for each of your exercises in the Progress tab.
